Return Policy
We offer a 21 day exchange or return policy on all of our kits. The HID Kit purchased MUST BE returned to us in the same exact condition it was sent to you in. This means it should be UNOPENED, which means it should never have been used. There is a charge of 20% as a standard re-stocking fee on all returned items, unless we shipped you the wrong item in which case we will NOT charge a re-stocking fee and shipping will be paid by us.We ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can issue you a return authorization number. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges with a return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if they decide to return or exchange their HID Kit.
